Ingrid Loma-Miller, MDIngrid Loma-Miller, MD

Dr. Loma-Miller graduated from Reed College in Portland, Oregon and the Medical School Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara in Jalisco, Mexico. She completed her internship and residency in Pediatrics at Maria Fareri Children's Hospital. Dr. Loma-Miller completed fellowships and post doctoral training in Child Neurology at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh and in Multiple Sclerosis at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. She is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology with Special Competence in Child Neurology. Dr. Loma-Miller specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with Multiple Sclerosis. She also treats patients with other neurological problems and is fluent in Spanish. Dr. Loma-Miller is affiliated with Children's Specialty Group and will be treating adult patients with Neurology Specialists and the MS Center of Tidewater.

Steven Kanarek, MDSteven Kanarek, MD

Dr. Kanarek obtained his Bachelors of Science Degree from The University of Kansas and his Medical Degree from Saint George’s University School of Medicine.  He completed his Neurology residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.  He also completed a Clinical Neurophysiology fellowship at SUNY Upstate Medical University and an additional fellowship in Sleep Medicine at Eastern Virginia Medical School.  Dr. Kanarek is board certified in Neurology and Clinical Neurophysiology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. His special interest is in sleep disorders, neuropathy, headaches and general neurology.

Jamie K. Ducharme, Ph.DJamie K. Ducharme, Ph.D, ABPP

Dr. Ducharme attained a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia. She received her doctoral degree in clinical psychology with an emphasis in neuropsychology from Fielding Graduate University in Santa Barbara, CA. In 2010, Dr. Ducharme completed a two year neuropsychology fellowship through the University of Virginia Department of Neurology. She has several publications and has worked on multiple clinical drug trials. In addition to neuropsychological testing, Dr. Ducharme practices cognitive behavioral and psychodynamic outpatient psychotherapies. She is board certified in clinical neuropsychology through the American Board of Professional Psychology.


Shannon Cray PsyDShannon W. Cray, Psy.D

Dr. Cray obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia and her Master’s degree in Community and Clinical Psychology from Norfolk State University.  She received her doctoral degree in clinical psychology through The Virginia Consortium Program.  She is currently working on her postdoctoral fellowship in neuropsychology under the supervision of Dr.  Ducharme.   In addition to neuropsychological testing, Dr. Cray practices cognitive behavioral and interpersonal outpatient psychotherapy.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her children.


Renee Scott Walker MPARenee Scott Walker, MPA, PA-C

Mrs. Walker completed her undergraduate degree at Xavier University and obtained her Master of Public Health and Master of Physician Assistant from Eastern Virginia Medical School.  She is an instructor of neurology at EVMS.  Mrs. Walker is trained in neurology and treats all neurological disorders.  She has a special interest in multiple sclerosis and is recognized as a Multiple Sclerosis Certified Specialist by the Consortium of Multiple Sclerosis Centers.  In her free time, Mrs. Walker enjoys cooking and taking walks with her family.
