Neurology Consultants of Tidewater would like to assure you of the careful steps we are taking to provide the utmost safety to our patients and staff. Here are a few:

• Monitoring updates from the CDC and Virginia Department of Health daily.
• Pre-screening patients by phone before their appointment, and checking temperatures on all patients and care-givers upon presentation to the office.
• Re-organizing our lobby for safe social distancing
• Requiring all patients, caregivers and staff to wear a face mask at all times in the office.
• Disinfecting all areas of the office often throughout the day, and disinfecting each exam room and testing equipment thoroughly after patient care is rendered.
• Limiting the types and numbers of patient appointments to reduce possible exposure.

Effective Immediately, Neurology Consultants is requiring all patients and caregivers to wear a face mask and to submit to a temperature scan when entering the office.

Office entry will be limited to the patient and 1 immediate caregiver.

Please call our office at 757-461-5400 to reschedule your appointment if you have any flu-like or respiratory symptoms, a temperature over 100°, or have had contact in the last 14 days with someone with Covid-19 symptoms or who tested positive for Covid-19.  We will make every effort to get your appointment rescheduled promptly when safe to do so.
